PACES CIVIC ASSOCIATION

Letter from the President

Dear neighbors,

Since 1986, Paces Civic Association has represented over 600 households in our west Buckhead neighborhood.  We work together on security, zoning, community planning, and environmental issues to preserve the wonderful quality of life we enjoy.  Our bigger mission also includes connecting neighbors through social events and community projects.

Many, many thanks to those who are PCA members!  Your support through dues and participation is critical to maintaining our strong community.  With your support, we celebrated a record year in 2021:

  • PCA had its highest membership numbers ever;
  • Donations to our food drive (19,000 meals!) were double the number in 2020;
  • Bonus donations to our wonderful security patrol officers set a new high.

Engaged neighbors make us strong.  We have a newly revamped environmental committee, zoning committee, and brand new film/tv production committee, and encourage all with an interest to join.  We also have governance opportunities on our board.  Please contact us through this website or email at paces.president@gmail.com if you’d like more information.

Your membership is also critical to maintain the hours and size of our Paces Patrol.  Our off-duty APD officers are highly qualified professionals who not only operate our Paces patrol car, but respond first to our 911 calls when on duty.  The value of extra patrols – AND having officers who know us is incalculable.

We look forward to another great year and appreciate your interest.

Please stay engaged by renewing your membership and encouraging new neighbors to join!
